It may be an anomaly, but it still is FWD, Ford has its Revoknuckle to help combat torque steer I don’t know if the ST has a version of this.., but yes I had a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 and that was handful.
Yes I plan on tracking my car in the spring BTW. And the Si also recommends 93 Octane so don’t try that card.

It’s not about speed but what a FWD car can do, the BRZ and Si are roughly equal in specs plus or minus a few things here and there but are overall sport coupes that can be tracked. The fact that the FWD Si beat the RWD BRZ is vindication for FWD cars and what they can do.
That’s funny because I did before getting the Civic. I wasn’t going to pay close to over 5 grand for a Brz/GT86 sports coupe. When the Civic could beat the Brz in nearly every way and cost much cheaper..and is more practical in every way... Sorry but the toyabaru twins are simply over priced no matter how you try to…
