It can cradle my head with my neck being straight rather than bent. Or it can be an active head rest that is comfortable until there is an impact or anticipated impact. Hell, for what Volvo charges, they can spend a few extra bucks to make that happen.

I don’t care, I don’t want my head pushed forward. My neck would probably thank me a lot less if I cut the headrest and re-welded it to a comfortable position.

Every car maker makes head rests that push your head forward if you actually relax back into the seat. It’s god-awful.

How about they make one with a headrest that doesn’t push your fucking head forward when you lean back into to seat? Or how about any car maker doing that?

No, but there are plenty of people that don’t want to spend money on a wedding photographer that knows what they’re doing, so they’ll hire some dickbag with a camera and a website to do their wedding photography. You get what you pay for, or less.

Yep, and potentially spend thousands or tens of thousands of dollars defending a felony charge. Sure, you may later sue the police department for unlawful arrest and, eventually, win something or settle that case but, most people, especially teachers, out there can’t float $5k-$10k for a felony criminal defense.

You can do what you might consider a sketchy thing based on a letter from the ATF if it is in regards to your specific weapon. If the letter is in regards to someone else’s weapon and situation then you may have an issue.

Yes, certain people would. I’m an attorney and, while I live and practice in a larger city, I also practice in my home town/county where family name recognition gets us business. My uncle, a retired judge/attorney advised me never to get a German car or, if I did, not to drive it around the rural area that I’m from.

Well, they’ll probably buy it, but I’m buying a F-150 with the eco-boost engine. It’ll get the same gas mileage in the city that my 4 cylinder accord does anyway, and haul more stuff on the highway.

In regards to legal matters, the headline is incorrect. however, Gawker wins again because they got our clicks. Then again, I do use an ad-blocker, so I’m not sure what they actually win.

Someone ignorant of the law. In most states, the beneficiary of a will can decline all or part of a bequest. It’d be no big deal to accept the house but not the cars, and let the executor deal with the cars if the church didn’t want to.

I don’t know what country you’re in, but I’m in the US. If you’re in the US, yours is one of the most childish and badly thought out arguments that I’ve ever seen. It shows a distinct lack of both education in and understanding of history, our own and that of other countries.

The world needs fewer religious people, period.

Yeah, Europe needs more police state and surveillance!

You bought one of the ugliest Porsches ever made. You deserve what you got.

Huh, the sounds it makes when the auto-crawl thing happens is weird as hell. Maybe it’s the brakes engaging in small bursts? I drove my aunt’s Discovery, which had a similar feature, on the Alpine loop and there was no sound like that.
