General Motors was a bit of a pioneer into the extended range electric vehicle market with the Volt. And, to put it politely, the car hasn't exactly lived up to sales expectations. But sometimes that's what you get for being a pioneer.

Hmm… "Sensual Purity." Like Anna Kendrick?
They made like 300 or so of them. I am unsure if all those went to preferred customers or not. The car was well in excess of $100,000 when they were selling them and, of course, it was not sold in the USA.
They did, and they made it really limited production and absurdly expensive. Assholes.
There's a lot college grads can't take for granted anymore. The doesn't change the fact that in the great majority or the United States and in the majority of the cities and towns in it, a vehicle is practically a necessity.
Same thing, right?
Only commies don't love pork!
I guess you can't really look too successful while bumming rides to work from all your friends. Not everyone lives in an area with functional public transit, particularly those in the South-Eastern United States and rural areas.
It seems like just yesterday I was at Tower Records, flipping past a dozen Mini Truckin' magazines to get to the lone copy of EVO at the back of the shelf. Now, nothing. What happened to the Mini Truck scene?
They just need a little proof and then they can get the police or FBI on it.
That means a new board of directors will be taking over the Viper Club, one appointed by Mr. Stubberfield that he finds "less controversial." But "less controversial" to him might mean "more controversial" to the rest of the Viper Club membership. Once again, we'll have to wait and see if the changes will appease the…
I very much appreciate Volvo's seats, slim or not. The headrests alone are works of art.
I hope to find that out personally one day! Until I can afford one of those, though, I'd like to see some better designs in production cars that cost less than $100,000.00
Silly me! I thought BMW was producing a marvelously efficient city car instead of a sports car that could stop on a dime from high speeds! I don't have an electric car, but, when I do, let me tell you, I'm going to enjoy flooring it and getting up to 30 miles per hour in between stoplights. I'll definitely fit…
Ahhh, ignorant consumers that don't know the difference between PDK and automatic.
It's a bit like a BMW 6-Series if it grew a few sizes. That's not a bad thing. I also think the rear looks almost Asian, but there's also a touch of SLS AMG in there, just for good measure.
Goes. Car makers are obsessed with these when it comes to concept cars.
Yet they still have some of the best seats in the industry. I'm a bit of an interior quality snob, and don't find volvos particularly exciting, but damn if it wouldn't love to own one, in large part, because of the seats and comfort and safety. I wouldn't pay what it takes to own one then have to pay for the parts…
I know right! What a bastard! All those traffic violations on top of all the people he killed or maimed during the run. Throw him in jail! Traffic violations are morally wrong!
