I guess you can't really look too successful while bumming rides to work from all your friends. Not everyone lives in an area with functional public transit, particularly those in the South-Eastern United States and rural areas.

It seems like just yesterday I was at Tower Records, flipping past a dozen Mini Truckin' magazines to get to the lone copy of EVO at the back of the shelf. Now, nothing. What happened to the Mini Truck scene?

They just need a little proof and then they can get the police or FBI on it.

That means a new board of directors will be taking over the Viper Club, one appointed by Mr. Stubberfield that he finds "less controversial." But "less controversial" to him might mean "more controversial" to the rest of the Viper Club membership. Once again, we'll have to wait and see if the changes will appease the

I very much appreciate Volvo's seats, slim or not. The headrests alone are works of art.

Waaaay too long. They should have made it into a single cab, 6 wheel, G-Wag truck. Because nothing says "Fuck you, peasant!" like a 3/4 of a million dollar, leather filled, vehicle for you and your dog to use while hauling shit around your ranch.

I hope to find that out personally one day! Until I can afford one of those, though, I'd like to see some better designs in production cars that cost less than $100,000.00

Silly me! I thought BMW was producing a marvelously efficient city car instead of a sports car that could stop on a dime from high speeds! I don't have an electric car, but, when I do, let me tell you, I'm going to enjoy flooring it and getting up to 30 miles per hour in between stoplights. I'll definitely fit

Ahhh, ignorant consumers that don't know the difference between PDK and automatic.

It's a bit like a BMW 6-Series if it grew a few sizes. That's not a bad thing. I also think the rear looks almost Asian, but there's also a touch of SLS AMG in there, just for good measure.

Goes. Car makers are obsessed with these when it comes to concept cars.

Yet they still have some of the best seats in the industry. I'm a bit of an interior quality snob, and don't find volvos particularly exciting, but damn if it wouldn't love to own one, in large part, because of the seats and comfort and safety. I wouldn't pay what it takes to own one then have to pay for the parts

I know right! What a bastard! All those traffic violations on top of all the people he killed or maimed during the run. Throw him in jail! Traffic violations are morally wrong!

The Post pointed out that Afroduck claimed to have used a BW Z4 for the run, then ran a picture of a BMW 3 series. If that's the picture that the NYPD goes off of, they'll be looking for Afroduck for quite a long time.

I'd love to do and LSX swap into a early to mid 00's XJR. They are classic, and classy looking cars, but no way in hell would I deal with the maintenance and repairs the engine that comes with it requires. As long as I could keep the exhaust quiet, I'd be all over a swap like that.

Yep, and MR2s get really squirrelly once you start getting close to 100mph. You'd get there quickly, but an engine like that would be wasted on such a car.

Of course, I could be wrong. Look at how influential Honda's hydrogen car has been...

But Audi wheels. Those really are straight up Audi wheels

The IRS could not give less of a shit about your moral difference. I don't really care either, insofar as the scope of this conversation is concerned.

I'm not arguing that the board and management isn't full of douchebags, I'm arguing that what they are doing is possibly legal and whole lot of people here think that it's not just because we're dealing with a non-profit. We are also dealing with a shady non-profit, so talking about how, ideally, you don't want
