2K's deal for Borderlands on Vita actually has it so Sony is handling support on that.
Another great Halloween book is October Dreams. Lovely anthology of stories, essays, and poetry around the holiday. I still re-read it every year.
Just an FYI- DC apparently caught wind of the internet's ire and *sort of* apologized for the shirts. http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&…
GI Joe comics tend to be hidden gems. All the stuff by Larry Hama in the 80s was great (I have so much love for the Silent Issue), and I tend to like the newer stuff I read more than I dislike it. Hell, even the old Transformers comics had some great moments, like introducing Death's Head to the Marvel Universe.
Weirdly, there seems to be some buffering issues, too. I noticed the weird audio issues, but it seemed to pause every 30 seconds or so.
Clearly, The Doctor was upset with Ms. Pond and decided to leave her in a terrible alternate reality where she's a vapid twit.

Texas. Land of love, acceptance, and understanding.
It's actually a pretty valid concern. I worked as a ski patroller for several seasons; I still ski, plus I run and referee for roller derby. As a result, my legs are pretty out of proportion with my waist.
Meant to say "retconned out of existence." Typing posts on my iPhone once again proves tricky.
This is actually sort of in keeping with the New 52 line of DC comics: they got rid of pretty much every marriage out there. Wally West, Jay Garrick, Barry Allen, Clark Kent, Adam Strange, Aquaman, and Ralph & Sue Dibney are just the married characters I can think of off the top of my head who either had their…
SF Gate, which is ostensibly a news site for news, is now publishing Good Housekeeping articles because, uh, they're both owned by Hearst and SF Gate needs content?
I'm not so sure this is actually real. When I worked at Disneyland, we were told to make people wait at the handicap-accessible entrances for however long the line was at the time. That was back in 2002, and the policy was still being practiced a few weeks ago when I went back. Disney was wise to how groups of…
Coulton obtained a license and composed a totally new arrangement (plus added original lyrics) that were straight up copied in Glee. Glee apparently received permission from Sir Mix-a-Lot for the original lyrics, according to the other articles on the web, but didn't consult Coulton for his additional lyrics or melody.
Glad to see my Scout council is leading the reform charge. 212 was actually just a few miles down the road from us, and none of my local troops were happy with the BSA being anti-gay.
