With study after study after study showing that heterogenous groups of people make better decisions, and a similar number of studies showing that homogeneous groups make worse decisions, it should be quite obvious that having diversity in any workforce is a recipe for success.

The gas tax hasn’t been raised since the early 90s. Hybrids getting 40-50mpg pay substantially less than traditional gas cars. I hear no one ever ask those to pay more.

I’ve said this from the beginning. Electing Trump and by proxy Elon, is the result of Americans getting a little too comfortable with our own privilege. Our hubris that we will never be dethroned as the leaders of the “free” world and that the way of life in America is a permanent “assumed” state is how we got here.

Exactly. WFH actually showed GREATER productivity than in-person work, but that narrative has discarded/hidden because it doesn’t fit the RTO agenda, of which precisely nothing is for the employee’s benefit and all of it is performative theater for the employer.

And it’s a confession he has already put out on full display in his first term. When he campaigned he talked shit all the time about Obama golfing so much while claiming he would be so busy he would never get to golf. Fast-forward to winning and he was out golfing more than in the oval office while trying to keep the

“Nobody’s going to work from home, they’re going to be going out, they’re gonna play tennis, they’re gonna play golf. They’re gonna do a lot of things—they’re not working.””
