Yeah, I hated it when they did it to Gizmodo and now Kotaku must suffer also.

It’s up for pre-order on some retailer sites already so it should be a physical release.
Same, I adore it!
Yay! Although playing Pikmin with a Wii remote is the superior control configuration, imo.
Yeah, scalpers are scum.
At least with LimitedRun, for non-CE games, they’ve been doing four-week pre-orders for most all titles now, so as long as you’re not after the fancy extras it’s pretty easy to get games from them. The earlier releases though, that could be a struggle.
Filed to: duh. These sold out in less than 10 minutes. It was clear it would a race against scalpers, all you need to do is look at listings for anything Analogue on ebay.
Well I won’t have to buy a new racing wheel, so that’s cool.
It was just funny to me starting the original Paper Mario and realizing it was basically proto-M&L, which I’ve played every title in that series including the 3DS re-releases. I’ll probably be posting about Color Splash in here when I get to that one so you can come ask me about it, haha. Technically Super Paper Mario…
Yeah when I was younger I wasn’t as into RPGs which is how I managed to gloss over the Paper Mario games, and playing them now finally seems silly because I loved the Mario & Luigi games. Younger-me didn’t realize how one preceded the other. I’m planning on playing Sticker Star and Color Splash after also before…
Wait, where are you playing City of Heroes? I remember Kotaku has some feature a while ago about a secret fan-run server or something. I wasn’t sure if it was still going or not. I miss that game.
Still working my way through The Last of Us Part II, about 10 hours in. So far it feels like a lot of the criticism about the story and game have been really overblown (big surprise). I’ve been really enjoying it so far and running around my post-apocalyptic hometown, Seattle, is pretty cool.
I know this article/video thing is way off the front page so the likelihood of people seeing this comment is very low, but in case someone does, LimitedRunGames is selling bundles of new replacement SEGA Saturn and CD jewel cases.
I’ve seen them on ebay at the very least and another online retailed I’ve used in the past but the name escapes me at the moment, but I haven’t looked for them for sale lately either. They’re generic-looking batteries, and likely the capacity written on them is an exaggeration, but the ones I have do work.
Thanks! That is good to know about alkalines.
Yes, that is the unfortunate part is that not everyone can properly dispose of all types of waste where they live, and you rightly point out that this is an infrastructure and services issue.
IIRC you can play the PSP without the battery if you have it plugged in with the A/C adapter. There’s also third-party batteries still being made. From my experience they aren’t as good as the originals but they are mostly cheap. Make sure to find a retailer or recycling center nearby that can accept rechargeable…
This is definitely one of the crappy things about rechargeable batteries. I had the extended battery kit for my PSP-2000 (basically a larger PSP-1000 battery with some alternate battery covers to accommodate), which gave the console some good battery life, but a while back it succumbed to this as well.
Shhh, quit telling people so I can pre-order my own next week with less competition!
My tardiness on playing this title is probably a good indicator if the size of my backlog, haha
