Haha, thanks. I could give you a long comprehensive list about he we ended up with it, but what did it was being really low mile (under 8k when we got it), and cheap since who in the hell are buying them? Not many. It’s funny how many looks it gets because people don’t usually see them in non-work trim. It’s almost

We owned a previous-gen CR-V for about two years and I didn’t really care for the thing at all. Interior was decent, but I just did not like driving the thing. It also kept killing batteries. I agree it’s better-looking than the RAV4, which I think is pretty ugly overall, though if the interior is worse it must be

So many good cars

...using the same sound as the “G” in the word “Graphics” which is what the “G” in GIF stands for. It isn’t “Jraphics Interchange Format”.

I dunno, PS4 seems a bit better than Xbox One to me. Mine just took 30min to install and update Gears 5.

I just wanna say: give us ME trilogy for Switch, EA! *shakes fist*

I finished Battle Chef Brigade on Switch recently, which was a great game, and in its place I’ve taken up West of Loathing. I purchased it mostly based on the coverage on this site and so far I’ve not been disappointed. It’s a really funny game.

Our little shits get raw food with some dehydrated vegetables mixed in (and raw eggs, if we have them). Fowl seem to agree best with them so we rotate proteins among chicken, turkey, duck, quail. Top marks from the vets on weight every time we go and their coats are great.

Damn, I loved Micro Machines. Never managed to get my parents to buy me the van, but I had some other playsets. My brother and I got super into the military ones too and we each had our own armies (complete with an aircraft carrier each) and would stage wars against each other. Good times.

I always thought those broken DS consoles turned into dedicated GBAs were cool. Definitely a project I've thought about trying.

Well that explains why all the 3P PSP batteries are crap! I hadn’t done that much research into those since I haven’t played mine in forever. I had the extended battery kit for my PSP-2000 (really just a PSP-1000 battery with a bigger cover for the larger battery) and that lasted a long time on a charge. 4000mAh must

Me too. I think Wargroove is the closest we'll get, unless Nintendo surprises us.

Up until a couple of years ago you could still buy a lot of retro parts directly from Nintendo online (now it’s just Switch and 3DS stuff mostly). This article makes me glad I bought a brand new GBA SP battery to refresh mine when they still had them. Like you, I'm sure the third-party replacements won't be as good as

I’ll have to check this out. I collect, so I try to get a physical copy of everything I can. Limited Run, Special Reserve, iam8bit, etc, have been awesome in releasing and preserving games on physical media. I’ve even re-bought certain games when a physical run was later offered. The idea of my digital purchases just

I just beat zone 3! Awww yeahhh

I did it! Last weekend I not only wrapped up the main game in God of War, I managed to get to zone 3 in Crypt of the NecroDancer. So far it doesn’t feel like the leap in difficulty was as steep as going from zones 1 to 2.
