Hero couldn’t R&D it’s way out of an open sewer. There were some bikes in development that were virtually complete (Hastur and RNT were one-off concepts only), and I doubt these will ever see the light of day. As for Hero becoming an international manufacturer? When they export open sewers, maybe.
