Actually, the USDA and the FDA are separate agencies. USDA is its own cabinet-level agency, while FDA is under Health and Human Services. Um, yeah, was taking a break from my Food Regulation and Policy final paper to relax and read me some Jezebel, and, well...sorry, I couldn’t resist.
