I’m going to call BS that high-fructose corn syrup “ isn’t easily metabolized by your body.”
Looks like a lot of this is just that it causes or leads you to eat/drink more of other things. Yes, soda isn’t good for you, but if you’re already properly controlling your portions then a lot of this doesn’t seem to apply.
