so much of these comment flames are opinions not facts. the fact is apple is doing what everyone else is, suing anyone they can. it's 'hip' in the business world right now. but i feel the suit is very frivolous. if apple wants to destroy android, do it fairly... kill them in the market not in the courts.

yes, it's possible. usually associated with command line exploits. one-click, or gui based exploits are pretty cut and dry. the software is entering the commands, not you, so there's less chance for a typo. the other way it regularly happens is when the usb cable is removed mid process. that will brick a device 9x out
