I will give money to anything that will put Dr. Strange in a feature film. All of my moneys.

@go-falcons: I think having the wedding as a last episode in a season is an awesome cliffhanger ending. Like...it's super mean to those that don't know what's coming next, but what a way to build excitement for another season!
@rhmoon: Not only am I a comparative lit. major...
@-MasterDex-: This.
@FlirtySanchez: Oh, I agree. I'm sure it will end up going an X-Men style route and characters will come and go. Plus, there are a billion Avengers to choose from, so, like he said, their line ups could change as actors and studios change their minds, as well as fickle movie-goers. i mean, they signed up Samuel L. for…
I am actually still participating in the other alternate reality game of Valve's wherein I continue to buy their products in order to fill up a little meter that, when filled, will eventually cause Half Life 2: Episode 3 to be released. Except I am not allowed to actually view said progress bar. I think I'm almost…
@doubledeckard: I mumbled a lot of "yeahs!" and "Just what I pictured" etc. while my wife and I were watching it. I got shushed a lot.
@glucious: Like, nuxi said, it's mostly the Wars of the Roses in a different world, but every once in a while there is some crazy fantasy stuff thrown in. give it a shot!
@ManchuCandidate: I was wondering how on earth GI Joe was "gritty"? I immediately thought of a 90s comic book take on "grim and gritty". Lots of shoulder pads and spikes, probably.
@m3rcer, ex-Cobra Viper whos seen the light.: there are so many insane things happening in this picture, good god.
7-12, yep.
As an English teacher, I politely disagree wholeheartedly.
@Oldwookiee: yeah, I'm crossing my fingers that it will at least be a fun summer movie, and look good too. I have read way too many Thor comics in my time to not be excited (but still get my feelings hurt by this movie boo hoo).
@collex: oh that would awesome! I can't believe I didn't think of him while reading it for the billionth time.
@King of Madness!: I feel like it will never happen. I would bought it twice.
@captainhampton: I always enjoyed the repetitive/yearly nature of the narrative. It was comforting and fun to see the years of this guy go by, where practically nothing good happens to him, and he continues to bungle up most things. But, you still root for him. I think that's what always drew me to those books.
@Jonas72: absolutely agree to check out the Assassin Trilogy. I usually re-read those books every few years, I liked them so much. The follow-up trilogy, the Tawny Man stuff, was also good.
I totally love Hobb's stuff from the Six Duchies, but for some reason I have never been able to get too into the stuff from south of the Duchies. I always read those stories b/c they are tangentially related, but end up a little disappointed. Anyone else like that?
Whoa, but how awesome would that be? We don't have enough ear-poisonings in serial literature/television.
