Rollo sending troops to fight against Bjorn and Lagartha really bugged me too but I convinced myself that Rollo wasn’t given that critical bit of information. Because, really, there’s no way he’d back Ivar over Bjorn.

I find Ivar to be a really tedious character. The actor tries to mimic Fimmel’s slightly insane expressions and gestures but it just doesn’t work for me. They’ve also made him into a nearly infallible tactician which is dull AF.

I’m enjoying this spat just a little too much.

I’ve seen this movie several times over the years and it’s due for another watch. I saw it originally because of the beauteous Olivia Hussey, my favorite Juliet but the whole movie contains some really excellent actors.

I’ve never heard any of this, it’s fascinating. I knew some reject on a forum that considered John Wayne the pinnacle of American manhood. I wish I knew this then.

Even if he and Heard remained happily married without a hint of scandal, I don’t want Depp in this movie. He’s turned into a caricature of his younger, talented self and he ruins movies with his stupid overacting.

That ad might not be aimed at black voters, I think it’s being used as a wake up call for white voters at how ridiculous a candidate Moore is. But that’s my reaction as a west coast white person, I could be way off target.
