Have to disagree, the N55 in the F30s and F22s sounds fantastic. You definitely have a point with the S55 though, they all sounds like something is broken, especially on a cold startup.
It’s sure heavy enough to be
You’d be horrified with how few hours most military pilots have when they’re handed the keys to the fast and expensive things they fly, then. European lines have been allowing that for a while now (if the whole of your training has been with the airline), and it hasn’t had any demonstrable negative effect on the…
This is a good suggestion. Dealers had lots of new old stock last time I looked (albeit for the V8 version).
Except they’re not! The XT6 puts out 367 n-m of torque, which if my math skills are correct, is a lot closer to 350 than 400.
Agreed. Owned a 2007 for 8 years, great little truck.
I feel a little guilty how much I like this. Saw one at the work parking garage, it looks every bit as good in person as it does in pictures.
As an owner of a stolen-and-stripped 96 GS-R, I feel your pain.
That’s good to know, and a lot more palatable price!
The last M5 had a manual option, so there’s absolutely a six speed in their parts bin that can take it. I look at it like Porsche making sure the Cayman stays behind the numbers for the 911, even though the Cayman is subjectively the better-driving car.
Not a jalopnik fan favorite or anything, but the D40 Nissan Frontier has been sold since 2004. I had a 2007 that I drove for 8 years, and I can go into the dealership now and buy the same truck brand new. That blows my mind.
I daydream about a PP2 Mustang GT as a replacement for my M235i, but even all seasons in that 305 width are $200+ each. The Michelin PS4Ss that I love so damn much would be a $1500 set before installation (which I’m sure would be super cheap as well with those micro sidewalls).
Hate to think what it would cost to replace a set of 510 section tires
Does their program include a discount on the car like BMW’s does?
Strangely, European publication Autocar has doubled down on its claims that a M2 Gran Coupe is also already in the works
Well, we have to know now
Time-honored tradition, right up there with jokes involving death and taxes, and older generations blaming younger generations for things not being the same as they used to be.
Just got back from Germany on a work trip, and anywhere this situation might be a problem, there are signs forbidding trucks, heavy vehicles and anything with a trailer from passing. They’re confined to the right lane, and they even honored these signs during rush hour in Berlin. It was glorious.
