I always build if it's $500 or over. Often you can get great deals on bundled components and you can reuse a lot of the parts that you already have from old computers such has hard drives, cases, dvd/blu-ray readers and the like.
They want to sell as many copies as they can on current consoles. Once next-gen consoles are more prevalent/higher install base, they'll then sell on those consoles. Only then will they even announce or release on PC. I'm guessing 1.5-2 years until release, maybe next holiday season if we're lucky.

This trailer is probably the worst of all of them. While it does look pretty, the graphics and sound design just aren't doing it for me. I believe people are only giving it a second look because of the big names attached to the project, otherwise not much sets it apart.
