No PC no buy. There's no way I can play a sandbox this expansive on a console.

I have a problem with voice chat programs like TeamSpeak, Skype, Mumble, and Ventrillo. When I'm playing a game and trying to talk to friends on my laptop, sometimes the sound will play through the headphones while the chat program will play through the speakers.
