Another species may take over, but it will take several millions of years for evolution to produce another apex predator, and by then its probably too late. We operate on a human timescale (years), evolution operates on a much much much slower timescale.

Living in Australia, I've never found out why people love Oprah so much. Sure, she gives out lots of free stuff, but how does that benefit the viewer?

You must be really determined to still stick with the iPhone 3G, especially if it's on iOS 4.

I remember a while back, Facebook actually allowed people to arrange their profile layout to how they wanted it. Granted, it did result in some ugly myspace-esqe layouts but it shows that the people at facebook have thought about it.

So now instead of having to actively click on links and profiles to stalk people, now you can just sit back and watch what everyone else is doing....in real-time!
