Crewel is embroidery with wool. You usually put the pattern on your fabric and then you can use whatever stitches you like to embroider the design. You need a needle like a tapestry needle, with a big eye for the wool, but sharper.

I’m British! I went with fosters coz I couldn’t get the green right for carlsberg and Stella has too fancy a logo- those Fs were time-consuming enough!

My friend and I took some students to the theatre. It was summer and they met me there and made their own way home, so I was only responsible for them whilst we were actually at the venue.

I heard it first from friends who were adopting- children not animals. The kids had to be removed from their first home and were looking for a forever home.
