I had a French housemate once who saw one episode of Allo allo (after Gordon Kaye’s accident) and spend the next hour on the phone to her sister in France telling her about it. She was flabbergasted.

My friend and I had this in France several years ago. She is older than I. And she got the menu with the prices.

Or gold would work.

You never need to leave it in the oven as long as you think you do.

They’re antimacassars for my dad’s new sofa. The phrases are all inspired by things he used to say when I was a kid, and the TV show Still Game. So: you’ll have had your tea? (I don’t want to feed you); all of us light up a room, some when they arrive, others when they leave; here’s your hat, what’s your hurry? (Piss

Once again, I am really late to this party- it’s coz I live in the Middle East and am asleep when the SNS goes up.

I’d do the lenses silver.

Thanks! I’ve seen loads of tutorials, but where I live has an effect on the icing. I’m going to start making a collar rather than drape it.

My friend gets ones on Facebook for incontinence pants. She’s 44 and not incontinent.

Made this xmas gift for a friend.

I never see my brother. It has improved my life immeasurably. Just coz you’re related, doesn’t mean you owe them your time

Most of us just get a £3 one out of Tesco or Sainsbury’s.

It can’t do any harm to ask. The only gynaecologist I saw who was sanguine about running the pill together forever was female. The male gynae and my male GPs all fret about it. I’ve read the risks and I’m prepared to take them. And I’ve not had a period for years I have no intention of doing it again!

I’m 8 years behind you in attendance. Never said a prayer at school, but we did sometimes walk to the church for harvest festival and xmas stuff and so on.

I’m a British teacher. CoE schools don’t really mention religion in the school. I’ve never attended or worked in any other faith school, so I can’t comment on them. Please note that my comments are based on my experiences and those of my friends who teach in a range of schools - I’ve been teaching for the better part

I did, and it wasn’t painful at all. It tickled my bladder so I constantly felt like I needed the loo, but there was no pain at all. None. I had it for about 4 or 5 weeks I think? Until the repair to my ureter had healed.

There’s lots of places in the uk that aren’t london. The cost of living is lower outside the capital.
