Conan himself is a power fantasy, not a caricature. It’s not asking too much to allow other people to better experience it and not have to once again accept the default straight white male hero.
It must be nice to be so privileged to cling to “faithful adaptations of the source material” and not have to worry about being stereotyped or caricaturized. View any updating to modern sensibilities as “PC” and “censorship” because it doesn’t personally affect you. How immature.
