Also, now that TW3 is out, it might only be a decade until CDPR's Cyberpunk game comes out!

The Fluka Household is contemplating buying a PS4 at the end of this year, so I'm keeping Horizon: Unnecessary Subtitle on my "interest" list. I'm really curious to see what BioWare's mysterious new IP is, as well. That, and keeping VtM: Bloodlines in my playlist for when I need a nice dirty, modern urban fantasy

I still have no idea why they held an entire PC Gaming Expo at E3, had it last FIVE THOUSAND HOURS, and didn't show XCOM2 footage. That said, the XCOM2 footage that they actually did show on the IGN stream looked pretty awesome…

Same list for me, though add in Unraveled and XCOM 2. I want to make that nervous Swedish man happy by buying his adorable yarn puzzle game.

I've had that damn Johnny Cash song stuck in my head for the past four days, and it's been glorious.

Origins is a great intro to the world, and a great game, but the graphics show their age and the combat can be very sloooow. Which some folks love. If you want to jump straight into Inquisition, which you definitely can do (new plot and characters!), you'll still want to read up on the world first. This Kotaku guide

Agreed on E3 being full of sequels to things I actually care about, eeee. Mass Effect, XCOM, Dishonored, Fallout, Mirror's Edge for me. Though it'd be nice to get more new RPG IPs in there…

The whole twitter kerfuffle over the expression has been like a really shitty game of telephone where no one wins and everyone argues in bad faith. While the use of the phrase in marketing is probably poorly considered, I'm really happy to hear that they've put a lot of thought (and personal experience) into this

For me it's quirky first-person indie games, for whatever reason. I got awful headaches and an upset stomach from both The Stanley Parable and Jazzpunk.

Appetizer: Dramamine
Dessert: A refreshing mint

So the EA CEO / Mirror's Edge thing was already hilarious, but the perfectly synchronized pocket square angle in *all four EA pictures* takes it to a whole new level.

Charcuterie is definitely a starter, but having bread, cheese, and wine is an absolutely excellent intermediate step between the main course and dessert.

Aw, they were having a good time and wanted more questions! That's great! Also, the food question continues to make me hungry EVERY SINGLE TIME and I really shouldn't be reading these while delaying lunch. *Goes to see if she has any kiwi to mix with salami.*

ALL PRAISE JAROS

That meal sounds delicious.

Please do not take the HOOP GOD's name in vain.

He…he totally is.

When it's good (like this one is), the appeal of Clueless Gamer is twofold. First, like Eddie Lee Ivery says, it's him being old and generally confused by games (see: any time Aaron tries to explain the backstory of a game to him). Second, he often ends up making fairly on-point criticisms of the absurdities of

Calling it now: riots and mass cannibalism, heralding the end-times.

I mostly know it from stalking both their twitter accounts. Since release the BioWare boards have gone from being a semi-useful source of game news and developer commentary, back to being their usual horrifying hellscape of people complaining about Cassandra's jawline.
