I’m surprised how long this took to catch on. I’ve known about it since I was 8 years old.

Maybe I could have phrased that better.
You do realize that the most basic Buffalo wing sauce is regular Frank’s and melted butter, right? So buying a bottle of premade Buffalo sauce is like saying “I’m too lazy to melt butter.”
No. I wasn’t one of their ‘customers’, but it’s not like it was a secret. The whole neighborhood knew the place was a front from the day it opened.
We had a gas station that nobody bought gas at. You went there if you wanted bath salts, the pumps were pretty much for show. I’m surprised it took more than a year for the cops to notice.
My alma mater has had a food pantry for years now, but stealing from catered events had already become part of the culture. In fact, one of my professors was one of the slickest thieves I’ve ever seen.
Good idea. Just don’t tell them that we modern humans can’t reproduce without cooked food, and the problem will be solved in a couple generations.
K-Pax. ‘Nuff said.
If it doesn’t include chocolate-covered potato chips, then it’s a no from me.
‘You can make Rotten Tomatoes’ most highly rated film of all time and still be snubbed by the Golden Globes.’ Huh? What’s Greta Gerwig got to do with ‘The Wizard Of Oz’?
Or a paring knife.
But cats can’t digest plants.
Agreed. It’s not for the nutritional value, it’s to ‘dispose of the evidence’ before it can start to rot and attract predators with its stench. If you ever have a pregnant cat, you may see her eat them after the kittens are born.
Second that ‘amen’. I’m mildly surprised to have made it out of my teens alive, but at least I didn’t get an STD or a criminal record. Or a tattoo.
Star Trek. Any series, any episode, I’m not picky. I’ve got Hulu and CBS All Access, so finding one (or several) to watch is easy. Plus there’s episodes on 6 nights a week on H&I.
They also make a very good rose lemonade.
I’d agree with this for the most part, but Reed’s is far too strong for a beginner, and varies from batch to batch enough that it’s occasionally undrinkable. Avoid the raspberry version at all costs. It smells like a corpse, and tastes like one, too.
Definitely. They’ve missed most of what’s good in the US, not to mention Canada.
I live in ‘the middle part’, and have a gourmet butcher shop, a taqueria where a James Beard Award winner goes on his day off, the best Italian I’ve ever had outside Italy, and a damn good Chipotle knock-off within a radius of less than a mile. If I went a few more miles, depending on direction, I’d find a high-end…
There’s something between the coasts that you people seem to have forgotten about. Namely, the rest of North America. This should have been titled ‘The Best Food Cities On The Coasts (oh, and Montreal, too, because we said ‘North America’ and have never been to anywhere else in Canada)’.
