BBQ is my weakness—and if I ever eat meat again, it will be due to BBQ.

Thankfully science has now given us a decent approximation of a burger, so I hope that science will eventually give us good BBQ, too.

I’ve been a vegetarian for about six years, and DAMN if this article didn’t have me craving BBQ. (Which, incidentally, is the food I LAST broke my attempt at vegetarianism several years ago. It’s the debil. 😭😭😭)

Thankfully, we don’t need to go out and kill yeast-beasts and the such to harvest their bountiful yields. This makes them good to go for filling our plant-based food-loving bellies. 🙂

Yeah, I’m practically vegan (I do eat eggs, occasionally, but no dairy), but I read all ingredient lists like a fiend for a couple of reasons. Now that I know that some companies are being shady about “plant-based” it’s all the more reason to be careful about trusting companies’ claims of veganism.
