"I don't understand why women just don't TELL men they aren't interested."
"I don't understand why women just don't TELL men they aren't interested."
Is that the new Fox news slogan?
I can’t stand stuff like this. I remember I gained a bit of weight once (like I was maybe a size 6 up from 4 )and a guy I knew commented. It was one day when I brought holiday cookies I made to a bar where we were watching a game. He told me Id better not watch how many cookies I made since it looked like I gained. I…
Ask him how long since he was able to look down and see what got his babies made in the first place.
Promise me that one of these days you will ask your father in law how long it’s actually been since his babies were born.
No one should ever stay off deep dish pizza.
In my experience older, overweight men in particular LOVE fat shaming women. My father-in-law, who has a huge beer gut has made a few choice comments on how I haven’t lost my baby weight. The irony of this is totally lost on him. Like Kelly, I smile, ignore and drink my wine.
“She could stay off the deep dish pizza for a little bit.”
Fat jokes: the last vestige of people who truly have nothing intelligent to say.

Maybe she should move to Florida?
Get yourself a good vibrator and learn the beauty of red wine. Trust your first instinct. Seriously, you are not being “overly emotional”
I am nowhere near as knowledgeable as you are about sports; however, I do enjoy sports, particularly football. It's more than a little irritating that people assume having a vagina means you couldn't possibly be interested in sports (especially something as violent as football) and, if you do, you dont really have a…
i’ve had musicians look really uncomfortable at the prospect of working with me (i’m a sound engineer)
I love baseball, and since I have lady parts, I’ve spent my whole life having men try to diminish my opinions or my passion. I called a sports talk radio show once to answer a trivia question and had the (male) host ask, “Did your boyfriend give you the answer?” I wore a shirt for one of my favorite players while…
This is such an important comment.
I worked in restaurants all throughout my 20's. Sexual harassment is a part of the job, so much so that, as both CA Pinkham and the woman in this story say, you just grow accustomed to it being a part of the job, ESPECIALLY from the kitchen staff. I have this strange feeling even typing this, that just acknowledging…
