The idea of driverlessracing is fascinating. Modern racecars are limited because the driver can’t handle too high accelerations. Dithout a driver the cars could have way more power and (more important!) way more downforce to enable higher cornering speeds.
I can guarantee that the powertrain has nothing in common the one found in the C-evolution scooter.
I highly doubt it’ll do 0-60 in 2.4s. No way.

I think Skoda would be the better choice, since Seat has a very small product range and is (at least right now) lacking big vehicles. Seat doesn’t have a passat-equivalent and i think they’d need a car of that measures to enter the states.
So, if the redline was 9,500 could we expect 400kph? Just a sidenote to your redline-sentence....

That’s wrong. All new (2014+) Seats are the same as all new VWs/Audis (A3 and below), as long as they are based on the MQB-platform.
