Agree but since most people seem to have only one email address then it might no interest them in a desktop client, I have multiple email addresses and for me it is essential to have thunderbird I would go insane if I had to log-in to each email client every single time; besides desktop clients are more convenient.

I'm on the guy's side(jammer) for the comfort of other people buses have a "NO cell phone" rule but people always ignore it, the worst thing is that they don't talk in a low pitch voice but they scream like hell. Many public places should have a jammer(buses, movies, etc...)
