I occasionally think about why it seems like horrible evil powerful monsters always live to be a ripe old age. It might be a bit of selection bias: it takes a while to get to the point where you have the power to be a monster, and then it takes a while longer for your monstrous actions to add up to massive evil and

fucking clickbait headline implying a voice actor had died

the only decent article i’ve read is about how the writers plow over one of the darker moments in the show’s history (homer learning the guy wanted to be part of the gang at moe’s and they were too oblivious/self centered to realize it) with the rest of the episode being a goofy adventure to find his treasure or

“Why can’t you just die already?”

what the fuck is going on? like multiple outlets are reporting on this bullshit. i guess they killed off this character in the latest simpsons episode and there’s some astroturfed media campaign trying to pretend fans actually give a shit about it?

My first thought on reading the headline was “Why can’t you just die already?”

... the fuck is this?

On the one hand, as is typically the case for legal matters like these, the actual ruling is being taken somewhat out of context - this is a matter of procedure, not of substance. Also, he’s still in prison for a separate crime, and in the meantime, it’s not like he’s exonerated on these matters; they will simply

Jesus christ. What’s the point? Imagine all the victims having to go back to trial and relive all of this... again.

Interesting, thanks.

From Wikipedia:

The Deadpool movies already had far superior versions of Colossus and Juggernaut to the X-Men movies.

Considering that “real” MCU movies these days includes some real stinkers (see for example, The Eternals), she’s probably better off in a Deadpool movie.

I’m gonna guess that your 12 year old already knows vaguely what pegging is. I did at that age.

It used to be that parents told kids about pegging. Now the schools teach it, or worse they hear about it in the schoolyard.

I guess I finally need to fire up the first two on Disney+.

I think the second one has a lot more excellent parts but they just don’t stitch together into a cohesive movie enough to be definitively better than the first.

Looking for Group: the first Deadpool & Wolverine trailer is here?

I remember really enjoying the first one and being kinda disappointed in the second. Should give them a rewatch.

Of course, that business tanked, but I bet Liefield's Pouch Emporium is going gang busters.
