@shiraz: Thanks! Now that I have another portable device to listen with I may stop using my nano. I commute with mine, but since changing to audio books, I haven't been able to have a book for the rise in and one for the ride home as I did with paper.

I like this app. I've tried several online writing apps. The app is very lightweight and doesn't support any sort of formatting.

I don't even want to think about any of my cats getting sick. I'd rather have an alien invasion.

It's a cute novelty, but not much more. Unless the top of the lamp remains at room temperature, its heat will degrade the binding glue at the open spot.
