Obviously the response of an “intelligent” individual.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with believing homosexuality is a sin and not condoning it. I find it amusing how writers like you honestly think you’re on the moral high ground condemning folks who disagree. Homosexuality is a lifestyle choice. Nobody is putting a gun to anyone’s head forcing them to be gay. I’m a

I don’t know if I’d call the brakes “incredibly good” because they do not lead the class, although they are good. They match the Ford Escape and lose to the Mazda CX-5 in the 70-0 test...but those rigs are kind of the head of the class in the cute-ute segment.

According to your data, the fastest top speed was the Caprice 6.0 @ 155. But otherwise, the Turbo Taurus mops up the field. Real life shows that departments could care less about this test, since it seems almost 50% of every police vehicle out there is a 3.7L Ford Explorer. In fact, the take rate on the turbo Explorer

Great article. I think the American manufacturers were the worst. I clearly remember a variety of GM vehicles with badges announcing “ABS,” “Electronic Fuel Injection,” and even late model Cadillac CTS models with “Direct Injection” badges. Ford Windstars used to advertise “Traction Control” on a large tailgate badge.

Just purchased a $72k 2017 Ford Super Duty. I work two jobs - if you work hard, you can have nice things. FYI, its a 5-year loan and about 600/mo payment. I traded in a previous-gen Super Duty with good equity...this truck will be paid off in two years. I think the truck is worth every penny of the price, and I’ve

The people that honestly think Trump is just going to start a nuclear war for no good reason are fools.

Mine is a 2017 F-350 CCLB DRW Lariat Ultimate 6.7L 4x4 and it has the giant panoramic moonroof, full LED headlights / taillights, etc. Lariat Ultimate gives a lot of nice options like power tilt / telescope heated steering wheel, auto high beams, ambient lighting, rain-sense wipers, etc. My goal was the LED

Have to disagree. The 2017 Ford Super Duty in long-bed, crew cab form is the longest pickup you can buy, and it is 22.18' long. Same length for F-250, F-350, or F-450 in those configurations. It “fits” but takes the whole space.

Great post. The Ford order of after treatment is DOC>>SCR>>DPF on pickups. On chassis cabs, it is DOC>>DPF>>SCR. I’m not sure of the logic, but that’s the way it is. Dosing injector is at the beginning of the SCR portion of the tube. After that is the mixer spiral I referred to which is part of the SCR portion.

There is nothing superior about a BRZ. If you feel smug in one, it goes to your mental state. No one aspires to a BRZ.

You’re not allowed to truck horses in a new vehicle, and certainly nothing larger than an F-350. Otherwise you’re a poseur and ruining the world.

You’ve got lots of dumb ideas. Roads and bridges could easily be fixed if the gas tax wasn’t pillaged away for everything but infrastructure. You know nothing of politics.

Well, its pretty obvious who you’re going to vote for. Thanks for your holier than thou attitude. Thanks for teaching us why its so wrong to drive something you don’t need. Meanwhile, I’m going to head to lunch soon from my office job, in my brand new 2017 F-350 dually (which replaced my 2016 diesel Ford) and enjoy

Those truck purchases are “heavily taxed” especially compared to other “little” vehicles like your WRX. For example, you complain they are “driving up gas prices” presumably becuase of higher fuel consumption. Well, there is a tax on fuel...and its higher on diesel. That means the more you use, the more you are taxed.

Pal, that’s a silly argument. If a truck bed is blocking a sidewalk, it’s not the truck’s fault. It just means someone parked where they shouldn’t. Even you could probably do that with your little WRX. A full size truck fits in a standard parking space. Maybe not a dually, but pretty much everything else. So again, if

That’s a nice truck. Why do you care?

How does someone driving a large pickup truck make your life worse?

I own a 2017 F-350 dually diesel. It performed a regeneration a few hours of ownership. I think it was just a ‘breaking in’ regen. There was no message on the dash, but if you’ve owned a modern DPF-equipped diesel, you’ll recognize the smell.
