I think if you were legitimately sold on a game doing X, and it didn’t do that thing, then you have a reason to ask for a refund. Having programmers and the like potentially get punished is sad, but it goes into the incentive of you release what you say you’re going to release.

I think even if you don’t like the new movies, there is nothing inherently “bad” about the new universe I think per se, other than people just hating that it exists in the first place. I think obviously things like storytelling are going to play a bigger role in whether the series is good.

The funny thing about all the hate about Into Darkness is that it has an 87% on Rotten Tomatoes and generally has 4.5 star ratings at places like Amazon (85% rate it 4 or 5 on Amazon).

Final Frontier is the worst, but Into Darkness is better than Insurrection.
