I don’t know where you heard that whites don’t use relish in their deviled eggs. I beg to differ. I’m white, middle class, middle aged. And in my opinion, deviled eggs sans relish is akin to blasphemy. I have even gone so far as to chop actual pickles into relish to achieve the proper mix.
