Sure, but to be fair that's flawed logic, and the problem with these types of summed stats. By this logic, 1% of 10 minutes would be what, 6 seconds? If I spent 6 seconds a day, recycling for example, I wouldn't even make it from my kitchen to the garage to put cans in the blue bin...
