You really think that someone talking to him about the birds and the bees would have prevented this assault?

I had no desire to hold onto a game that was for all intents and purposes unplayable, in the hope that they would fix it. Thats great that it was fixed in December, but it was by no means guaranteed that they were going to get it up and running acceptably. I, for one, will never buy another Battlefield game.

I bought BF4 with my launch day Xbox One and I can tell you that on the xbox at least the problems were not exagerated. I could join a game, but as soon as that game ended and it tried to load the second map the game would hard crash to the dashboard. Every time.

You're missing my point. It's not that you can't do everything without the kinect, it's that it is central to MS's entire vision for the console, and its crazy to expect them to just abandon that. DRM and the other things they abandoned pre launch were specific to the gaming side of the xbone, the kinect permeates

In my opinion, anyone waiting for a xbone release without an kinect is delusional. The kinect is the cornerstone that MS has built the entire platform around, and to think they are going to just abandon that and release an inferior experience (in their eyes and mine as a xbone owner) is just silly.

I don't know what's more depressing, that the first guy thought it was from a video game, or that you corrected him thinking it was from an earlier video game.

I dislike it because it just defers the decision making process to your kids. You can't make a choice so you just force your kids to.

On a slightly related note, can I just say how much I hate when people hyphenate their surnames when they get married? All they are doing is copping out and basically ensuring their children need to change their name when they, in turn, get married.

In New York the answer is an unequivocal no, as marijuana possession is at best a violation that will earn you a summons and at worst a misdemeanor charge unless you have a trunk full of the stuff. Tampering with Physical Evidence on the other hand is a felony. Don't eat the weed in NY boys and girls.

It depends how you define "real job". Obviously you can argue that if you make enough money to live off than its a real job. However, you cannot try to argue that someone like this guy contributes as much to society as, say, a police officer, teacher or ER doctor.

It's a dick move by the retailer but you could argue that this doesn't fall under the "unsolicited goods" clause as the customers had preordered the game and were sent something else in error.

The article says summer for PS, which is getting the beta first so...

Whatever happened to "beta coming in early 2014"?

Considering he's 19 with a 4 year old son, it looks like this is neither the first nor the last bad decision he's made...

Pink mist doesn't appear around certain types of wounds, pink mist is what people turn into when they are struck with certain bullets, eg a 50 cal machine gun round.

Deion Sanders and Bo Jackson.

My experience playing with the xbox one this weekend has left me incredibly excited about the potential this machine has. I really enjoy all the features and games right now, but to think about what the system could do with some key software updates is amazing. Especially as MS has shown with the 360 the progress they

Personally I'm buying this console based on two aspects, it's multifunctionality and it's potential.

Women have 2 X chromosomes, men have an X and a Y, this is determined at conception and does not change based on hormones or any other factor. Ergo, all fetuses are not female and that link you posted is patently false.
