Definitely not the proper way to “Escape” the situation.

Smart luggage is just luggage with designed obsolescence built-in.

sigh. I ashamedly agree. I rented a Soul and it wasn’t the penalty box I was expecting. It also confirmed that it’s boxy size was the perfect dimensions for an everyday runabout.

He most likely is leasing it from around my area (Newport/Costa). I’ve seen leases on Gallardos for about $1200-$2k a month ($2700 for a Huracan). There’s a lot of posers around here. Pretty sure a body shop estimator isnt pulling 100k. He’s obviously stretching his budget thin with a car like this.

In Australia I never ran my snorkel with the inlet pointed forward either.

It looks so frumpy. Like my reliable college girlfriend who didnt know how to dress, but was alway up to please.

Instead of an Astro, I’d look at a GMT400 Suburban. They barely cost more than $3-4k. Cheap to repair, tows and reliable.

Was it an Altima driver? I bet it was an Altima driver. I wonder if there is any correlation to bad drivers and that Nissan will give a loan to anyone with a pulse.

I’ve seen a dually f250 around my area that definitely exceeds 100 mph. Im guessing they had it de-limited.

Nah I bet the lift was “dealer installed” and marked up a good 200%, but no worries... you can pay it off over time, with 20% interest.

it looks like a Ford Escape to me.

I road tripped my 68 Camaro from California to Seattle, so my sister could use it at her wedding (it was our dad’s car growing up) in the mid-2000's.

Oh great.. I remember the Champ Cars/ Indy Car debacle. Worked wonders didnt it?

Impressive considering how slow the steering is on these things

I’ve owned 3. ZJ, XJ, and WJ. They were all loves of my life, and just like the loves of my life they were massive pains in the asses.

My coworker’s wife (yes we are in SoCal)has a lifted JK on 35" white on white. Led light bar, and a steel bull bar. She wanted it because she couldn’t afford a G-wagen. Said her Jeep looks cute, but she complains of the tire noise and mpg (lol). I make fun of her husband for buying such a poser mobile.

Ferrari F40, Porsche 959, Buick Gran National, Corvette ZR-1, AMG Hammer, Fox Body Mustangs, BMW e30 M3, RX-7....there’s still a lot to love about the 80's.

Never listened to Foo Fighters? ... How is that even possible. Their music is pretty much ubiquitous on rock stations and advertisements now.

0-60 in under 4sec or under 5 sec for the EcoBoost? So a rental base Mustang will whoop my E46 M3 in a straight line? I’m curious about everyday livability. How is it in traffic and basic daily driving.

American here that lives in Melbourne Australia. Aussies rarely if ever “beep” their horns (yes they say beep like its girly or something. Not Honk). Beeping your horn really really irks Aussies. I know because I used to drive in NYC and brought my aggressive honking culture to slow nimwhitted drivers i encountered.
