I use Voice+, essentially the same thing as XVoice+ but baked into Cyanogenmod (and ported to other ROMs) rather than an XPosed module. It is great. Instead of dealing with fragmented text streams in the Voice app or multiple numbers for each contact, I can just use hangouts with the benefits of Voice.
