Well suicide is the second/third leading cause in that age group overall. It’s pretty much on par with homicide in the US and I’d guess it’s second overall in most other developed nations. Teens/Mid20s mostly either die from accidents or suicide. I'm sure it's bad for Native but seeing suicide this high in mortality…
