I'm all for getting paid based on your merit. At the start of the show, he made more due to his previous qualifications (and ostensibly, the draw of his name). If she's the 'lynchpin' she should be able to negotiate a stars salary…. (though one can point out the biggest salaries don't always go to the biggest roles)
