Plus our primary is so late it won't mean anything anyway. Assuming we have one; we tend to argue and sue and fight about those for stupid reasons. But it's like me being in the 7th district which would vote for a 20-year-old corpse to congress if there was a D by its name. Yay for your vote not counting!

Have they always been this frequent? My spotty memory of the past made it seem like they were sporadic, then we got conventions, and finally 2-5 with the actual candidates.

Yeah, thinking more I probably wouldn't have posted that. But what can you do?

He does say he normally likes that stuff, which I don't actually believe, but yes, him fixating on himself doesn't make him look good.

"No, wait. Gimme a minute. I got this. 4574? Damn it! I'm already losing my erection. 4573?"

Yeah, my interest tends to fade really quickly. Hell, I tend to have a much easier time getting off remembering porn, and thus all kinds of filtered and modified images and sounds than just looking at it. If it's your bag, great. But just watching people go at it gets really dull.

Positives in staying in a relationship where you think there's a serious chance you'll be falsely accused of rape even if it's because you're a total dumbass: *crickets*

I dunno. FAIL sounds like a shitbag. But THINK could simply not want to do what she wants him to do and is looking for an acceptable reason not that isn't just "that creeps me the fuck out and I can't do that". But if that's what she needs, they don't need to be together.

Sexual incompatibility. It sucks, but it's real. Pretending it's not real will not be a successful tactic. Both letters seem to be "they want something I can't/won't give, and I want it to work somehow". Nope, not if they keep bringing it up, not if it's always a thing. And yes, in the second it may be pure bullshit

Animation, Will. Animation. You can make a good career out of it if you can keep the work steady, and it's a lot easier than physical acting. Animation.

Oh. I was hoping this was Gitmo Girls.

I have "I Want My MTV" but it's been really hard to get through the early parts due to how racist the whole thing was. I was the proper demographic and liked the stuff (well, maybe a third of the stuff) they did play, but reading back how aggressively targeted my demographic was (and others explicitly not) makes me

Yeah, I mean, sure. The death of the star and the other guys in the band trying to keep it alive against all common sense could be a great story. But not when written by friends of the band. Plus, if that's the story, why not start with the death? Movies where it's really two sequential stories butted against each

I remember a history prof that was really, really pro-Columbus. So after most of a class-long list of people he used as historical references about how he was a misunderstood hero, I asked "Do you have any contemporary supporters that weren't blood relatives?"

Or age a whole lot and play Cohen the Barbarian.

The movie project's alive?!?

Money from an excited ticket-buyer spends just the same as a money from a "eh, nothing else sounds good, maybe it'll be okay?" ticket-buyer.

This reminds me of the Elvis movie article this week where where Carpenter had to take a whitewashed G-rated script and turn it into something watchable. No one wants a PG (much less G) movie about Mercury. We're adults; he wasn't a saint, and by making him one that will make us like the movie less as it's patently

So he should watch his back if they get too into it?

Did you like it?
