They're still looking to make money. You know, because it's a business. They'll probably have a free trial a year from now when no one is buying it, so it's in their best interest for people who wouldn't drop $60 to try it, for free.

Thank you very much! I think that explains my question.

Sounds like everyone is #1... when they first start. Which means, more accurately, that there is always a #1.

If you mean by only making it worth with iPhone-only messages and screw it up for everyone else, then yes.

The more I know! I doubt they do what I'm talking about though...yet.

So it's only a matter of time before someone puts an actual virus into the stem cell programming used to make your organ which then recodes your entire body to do crazy things like grow extra toes or die.

Conception of an exponentially powerful Mega Joke Character.

You didn't even mention the B00B upgrade.

I'm picturing the protagonist from Louis C.K.'s movie from like 1995 that he recently released, Tomorrow Night. He would always count the photos, though, I'm sure.

Yeah, if they had told everyone far ahead of time, it wouldn't be nearly as big of a deal as it is now.

I was supposed to lose early access this morning at 8 am. I can still log in, so...

I LOVE what they did with Jamie's character in the 3rd season. Still have the last episode to watch...

What perfect timing! I just created a Orsimer Dragon Knight in ESO I endearingly named Trogdorsimar!

This is definitely my new favorite video! People having a great time for no reason other than why not? And the awesome added bonus of looking awesome, too.

It's because it's a lovechild of at like ten different languages. Lots and lots of conflicting "always" rules.

Isn't it? :)

In PvP, no one can argue against the advantage of being in third-person. With that said, I play PvE exclusively in first-person mode 99% of the time and I love it. I also played some PvP in first-person mode in the beta and thought it was really fun.

I personally love the feel of combat in ESO now. I haven't played Skyrim much, but to me it feels similar to Oblivion. Certainly MUCH better than Morrowind's combat which was wonky at best, and that's one of my favorite games of all-time.
