Yup. No investigation, no due process, just fire ‘em.

It’s been a week since there was sufficient reporting on the incident to allow any rational person to conclude that Smollett is guilty of a hate hoax felony.

Literally NOBODY is saying the story is fabricated “because he’s gay”. They’re saying it because IT’S CRAP! 2 AM, subzero windchill, and these “MAGA” guys are just out walking around with a half-assed noose and bleach, hoping to run into... who? A cast member of a hip hop soap opera who they recognize on sight?

Smollett also didn’t say the attackers yelled “MAGA country!” in his initial police interview. He added that little detail after TMZ (who are also one of many outlets who report that he identified his attackers as white) either fabricated it on their own, or vastly more likely, learned it through contact with…

So they’re anti-immigrant and anti-black, as you feel all Trumpers are?

He’s saying that only a far left moron would feel vindicated by the police adhering to procedure in refusing to comment on Smollett’s guilt before they’re ready to charge him with what is obviously a criminal hoax.

Yes, this would be an example of “The real reason”.  And the fact that she is neither sufficiently competent nor civil enough to even get Mr. Abrams’ name right (let alone converse coherently) should in no way distract from the primary concern about her, which is that she is a relentless, raging bigot.
