On a lot of interstates, I know there are minimum limits. And what you might be thinnking of are rules for slow moving vehicles, where if there is a certain number of cars backed up behind you, you need pull over and alow the cars to pass.

A speed limit is a (maximum) limit. Most city streets do not have a minimum speed limit, so cyclists can obey trafic laws.

I agree, that has always bothered me. I always thought using two cameras on either side of the screen, or top and bottom to create a composite image that is looking at the screen would fix that problem.
