I believe all mutants/X-Men are owned by Fox. However, Puck is neither an X-Man or mutant.

This was my first thought. It turns out Puck debuted in Alpha Flight (not X-Men) and is an altered human, not a mutant. I think Puck's character is fair game.

I was hoping for a list of April Fools day podcasts… But I'm happy that I can usually find at least one or two new things a weeks to listen into. InFrequency looks like my best bet this week!
