But unlike a used M car or Porsche in that price range, you get a full factory warranty and the satisfaction of a new car.

I agree...TGT got a solid meh from me, amazing production quality, but the content was not there, along with the episodes feeling way too long. Last seasons Top Gear on the other hand...brilliant.
Toyota replaced my friends front skid plate on his TRD Tacoma back in like 07 after a trip to the dunes ended with it looking like a modern art masterpiece...no questions asked either.
I would be stoked to see Long Beach back!
That is just weak, I saw my friends jump bigger jumps than that in Pismo with a 99 F150 and a 2005 Tacoma TRD, both came out without issue. My other friend had a mid 90's Silverado with a Fabtech UCA/Spindle lift and he jumped the crap out of it without damage.
Had a Kia Sorento before the Genesis, (which is just a Hyundai a Santa fe underneath) and did not have a single problem with that one either, just oil changes in the time I owned it. My mom has an Elantra with like 140k miles on it and has not had any major problems either (besides hitting a deer). So it seems to be…
To be fair, not a bad car overall, and pretty quick with the V6 turbo from the Vectra VXR/Saab Aero. What was sad was it was basically a Vectra C with a Cadillac grille/tail lamps and a Saab interior lol.
I was under the impression that the high feature engines were very reliable and solid? I had one (the turbo version) in my Cadillac BLS (don’t ask lol, we called it the Saabillac) that was solid in the time we owned it.
Why can’t F1 run on any of the major established US tracks like Sebring, Road Atlanta, Indy (road course) Laguna Seca, etc? Heck bring back the Long Beach street circuit!
I could see that looking badass!
some proper offset true knock off daytons with black spoke nipples?
I need that car in my life, would look even better with black chrome alloys.
I will admit, Lexus USA is really good about taking care of the affected engines even with 100k+ miles on them.
Nah, I do it myself. I order oil off Opie with a club discount or wait until Eurocarparts has a huge sale. Even regular mechanics in my area are £70+ for a basic service. I just changed oil in my X3 (6.6 liters) for £35 with BMW LL approved oil.
4 years and my Genesis coupe 3.8 has never visited a dealership for any sort or repair or warranty work outside of oil changes.
Lexus reliability is a myth, RX300/330/350 transmissions, GS300/350 IS250/350 piston/oil ring sticking issues requiring complete engine replacements at 100k or so.
Sort of, you can get it as cheap as £29 or so, but they will ALWAYS find something wrong. Last year on my X3 they said my front droplinks were bad, changed them out and the car drove the same as before and the ones they took off looked brand new when I caught a glimpse of them as they were throwing them in the trash.
Changing my oil myself here in the U.K. Saves me an average of £60 each time, getting your car serviced here is highway robbery.
Oh yeah, this Tiburon is CP all day every day lol.
About the right price for the year, the poster was talking specifically about ‘13+. I know I would not let my ‘13 3.8 GT with 21k miles go for less than $17.5k.
