Plenty of talk about bad Liverpool fans, but turns out it wasn’t a Roma fan who got beaten into the hospital last night. Hm.

It also doesn’t help that Alexi Lalas is a fucking moron.

Did Iago Aspas actually get good, or have Argentina really become that bad?
You completely missed the only good point you could have made about this rule change: teams that want to take advantage of this in the way that your Barca would have liked with Coutinho this year are now going to shell out even more.
Not to continue to kick the horse, as the other commenters have done well explaining it all, but LA Galaxy are essentially the only team still doing that in 2018. At this point they pretty much have that as part of their core branding strategy.
For anyone who wants more like this but outside the video game realm, here’s the blog that likely inspired this idea (which was a good one!).
I almost kind of get it when it’s opening blind boxed toys, when nobody knows what is inside. I wouldn’t watch them myself, but I get why a kid would want to, especially if they don’t have access to get the toys themselves - it’s just another way of living vicariously. That’s what I did with my daughter; I had bought…

Also, if you don’t want a child to have a toy, do not let them see it.
I see into the future of my alma mater, Illinois.
I haven’t played an MGS since the first one, but as soon as you mentioned Perceptor I immediately recognized him, even after thirty years.
I knew without reading further that you weren’t talking Chambana, and that’s good enough for me to maintain some semblance of superiority complex over the “other” central IL schools.
The potty-training question makes me happy for two reasons: One, we decided to stop at one kid; two, that kid pretty much potty-trained herself over the course of maybe ten days and was good.
I will admit it is a struggle to not be salty in the face of autofellating blog posts by Barca fans.
I’ve lived in Massachusetts twice now and my company HQ and most of my colleagues are still there. It’s bad enough when the Sox make the playoffs, but it’s undeniably worst for the Patriots since that is an every-year occurrence.
It’s worth noting that nobody cares what the Sounders do.
Yeah, Dragon Feet (the fast kick) combined with the Texas Boots from the hidden shop in the tunnel completely break the game.
Also Super Dodge Ball, and Crash ‘N The Boyz. I think there are a couple others on NES as well that never made it to the US.
I was just talking about River City Ransom as an obscure, unremembered game over on my own site this morning. Probably not as obscure now as it once was, but still.
