This puts me at a weird crossroads.

Pink is actually very in as a car color right now. Porsche’s Frozen Berry has been a big hit (at one point I heard over 30% of all new Porsches in China were Frozen Berry), so has the return of Ruby Star. A lot of other brands are doing pinks and lavenders and rose golds

Nice car in nice condition but these are fairly common, and to be honest, available on marketplace and CL in nice condition for ~$10-15k, and poor but restorable shape for $2-5k. Price just seems too high despite being restored.

ND love the car but unless you are Jay Leno you can’t spend 40k just to be whimsical.

I try to stay away from making assumptions about the people who drive certain vehicles unless they’re dumb enough to plaster their vehicles with Confederate flags or whatever.

Because, it has a massive historical significance of being the World’s first “Supercar”. And, there are not that many out there. And, out of the ones that are, most are locked away in rich people vaults out of the public view.

As much as I kinda hate the idea, at least its not being done by.............Mansory.

Nah, exterior in silver looks quite dashing, as opposed to flashy.

They knew the charges wouldn’t stick just based on the bodycam footage alone.

They put him in his place, they got what they wanted.

Yup. Imagine the surprise when they excavate and find the dog is still alive.

THIS IS HOW THE THING STARTED.

In CA the black plates have a certain nostalgia as they were the only plate available into the 80s when they were replaced by the plates with the sun at the top. They made them available as an optional plate and they became very popular, particularly if you had an old car that maybe came with one originally.

Custom plate strictly for a car show that is removed when it’s over I am fine with, driving public road with it fuck you.

Counterpoint: how stupid do you have to be to continue driving off the edge of a bridge because your GPS told you to

And Google directions is not one of those causes here. With no barricades on the road, this could have happened regardless of what directions someone is using.

Agreed.  If the local authorities couldn’t even be bothered to block off the bridge, how exactly is Google supposed to be aware that the road is closed?

headline should be why an Indian town/region/hwy department didnt baricade a closed bridge. or is google responsible for that?

And one of the worst advertisements of all time featuring a bunch of people doing their best crazy Tilda Swinton character impression:

The dealers being upset over the rising MSRP is tempered by the fact that they slap on any number of random parts on their Wranglers with a 100-200% mark-up. Lift kits, light bars, stripes and other decals, and over-sized tires on street wheels.
