I was in Bethesda MD last weekend and meant to get my oil changed prior to the trip, but forgot. Friend suggested Jiffy Lube, as he’d gone there before, and they also gave a free car wash with the oil change. IMO, it’s kind of like back in grade/middle school; if you knew all the answers, you were picked on because you were ‘smart’, as opposed to a lack of intelligence. So a lot of the smart kids had the sense to ‘dumb down’ responses where it mattered to avoid scrutiny by their peers.

IDK...I ultimately gave this a NP, based off the fact that 1-it is in terrific shape, 2-you now have entry into Ferrari-world, even if it is through the back door via red-headed bastard stepchild means, and 3- it has a 5 speed (I know, the bar is low, but still...).

I saw one of these vids where a Japanese guy found a Rolex and took it completely apart, and other than ordering some parts that he wanted/needed for cosmetic purposes and such, rebuilt the whole thing and it worked flawlessly.
