The police aren’t releasing the body camera footage immediately, like within hours of the incident. Which is exactly what the police do when they can’t find an excuse for their actions on the tape, legitimate or illegitimate. 

That was my reaction.  You can’t say it doesn’t matter and then exert extra energy to avoid it at all costs.

Police just can’t stop themselves, this is clear addiction behavior.

If these incidents were anything else, the sheer numbers would classify it as an epidemic.  It is a systematic problem with policing.  The CDC should be involved.  

There are far more whites than POC.
