Agreed. But let’s fund a solution that’s going to require new roads, new fueling stations, new tire designs, more crash protection and lets give it all to people who can afford a $25k-$50K second car. (And historically given to people who could afford a $50k-$200K second, third or forth car.)

except you don’t need a “pump” at home. I have a 2017 bolt and I just use a standard electric outlet with the level 1 charger that came with the car.
My reasoning here is the big endurance race series aren’t EV only.

As I was reading your description, I suddenly realized they are just a legalized mafia. The pizzo is just called a premium.
Also, the Acura RLX Sport Hybrid, which debuted in 2013, was a NA V6 for the front wheels with an electric motor in the transmission and electric motors for the rear wheels. So, there are two NA AWD Hybrid vehicles that preceded the E-Ray.

When it’s snowing in the north at a rate and duration of getting accumulations of 1-2 feet, the snow plows are constantly running, so there is no time for there to be a foot or two of snow on the ground. For the storms and places where a foot may accumulate before a plow makes a pass, it’s probably not worth going out…
I had those spindles in my first house. It was built in 1977. I had been in contact with the former owners and it looked about like this when it was built. I’ve seen dozens of homes in my area with these same spindles. Must have been easy to make.
