That’s still realizing the loss...which is what the person said. We could all die tomorrow. The game of what ifs is never ending.

Right. The market stopped making cars due to demand, but then started making EV cars. The demand isn’t different in this segment because of the fact it’s an EV. People (not I) want SUVs. Being an EV isn’t enough to quell that.
the immobilizer is only part of the problem you can literally force the igniting cylinder to turn without the key.
To add to this, it was in plain sight, on their feature lists, which trims did and did not have immobilizers. It’s on the shitty dealers for not pointing this out to their customers victims; it’s the worlds easiest upsell. That doesn’t mean it’s not dumb Hyundai/Kia excluded this feature, it means they didn’t lie to…
I really think this has been the single largest complete fuck up by a major automaker in recent history, even over Dieselgate.
Since you’re in Nuclear, have you heard of project pele from the DOD and DOE?
The Central California charging station is such a big deal that Tesla clubs even make it an appointment destination. Yes, they’ll rally-style drive to it just to honor its lineage and size.
But is it using the diesel more efficiently and in a cleaner way than if it were an individual car? If so, it’s still a net gain, regardless of Elon. That should be our focus, not that Elon is, and he is, a douche.
So in other words, the engine was leaking coolant sometime before 68k miles.
That “hit” is just $6k LESS profit. They still made profit.
I’d daily the red ones.
Maybe I missed something, but I read this article as other teams are able to improve reliability, and while doing so, increase performance. Effectively bypassing the “no development” clause. Renault for whatever reason isn’t able to capitalize on the LOOPHOLE. Close the loophole and let Renault catch up to the…
Hmmm...I wonder if that’s what’s happening in NASCAR to this day?
I’m convinced this culture war is just Chinese psychological warfare. Gaslighting and straw mans abound to rip the citizenry apart.
She’s not saying women can’t do it. She’s saying the likelihood of women as compared to men doing it successfully is slimmer. And she’s right.
And with EVs, fully integrated navigation matters a great deal on long trips when you need to find charging stations along the way.
You’re missing the point. Those services are to address day to day accidents to preserve the continuity of life for the community as a whole. This is not that. Plenty of search and rescue efforts are called off due to the danger they present to the people that are searching. This is only the 3rd-4th time going to that…
I can all but guarantee I’ve been around Jalopnik longer than you.
Come on man, your user name is Puddy. How do you not follow taking an opinion and running with it for the sake of doing so? Why does that bother you so much that you felt you had to reply to me twice? You seem to be the one worked up about my opinion on this car. Maybe you should ask yourself why you’re so worked up ov…
Get off your high horse.
